JARVIS Family is a private household assistant and dashboard intended for use by authorized family members.

This Privacy Policy explains how JARVIS Family accesses, uses, stores, and protects information obtained through Google APIs and other connected household services.

2. Google data accessed

JARVIS Family may access Google Calendar information after a user explicitly grants permission through Google's OAuth authorization process.

This may include:

Calendar lists
Calendar event titles
Event dates and times
Event descriptions and related event information
Information necessary to create or update calendar events

3. How Google data is used

Google Calendar data is used only to provide calendar-related functionality requested by authorized users, including:

Displaying family calendar events
Providing schedule summaries
Creating calendar events requested by a user
Updating calendar events requested by a user

Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.

4. Data storage

Authentication credentials required to access authorized Google services may be stored on the private JARVIS Family server.

Calendar information may be processed temporarily as needed to provide requested dashboard and assistant functionality.

5. Data sharing

JARVIS Family does not sell Google user data.

Google user data is not shared with unrelated third parties for advertising, marketing, or data-broker purposes.

6. Security

Reasonable technical safeguards are used to protect authentication credentials and household information. Access to private dashboard functionality is restricted to authorized users.

7. Revoking access

Users may revoke JARVIS Family's access to their Google Account at any time through their Google Account security and connected-app settings.

8. Data deletion

Authorized users may request removal of locally stored authentication information or other personal data associated with JARVIS Family.

9. Google API Services User Data Policy

JARVIS Family's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.
